Background • Student participants were exposed to real world actuarial work, resources to help prepare for their actuarial exams, and soft skills required to conduct successful interviews. • NYL serves as a Corporate Partner and Annual Meeting Sponsor in addition to volunteer efforts in support of IABA programs. • NYL facilitated a total of five sessions over a two day period: • Strategy 101 • Professional Communication • Establishing a Brand/Self Awareness • Time Management • The Interview
