  4. Perennialism • Holds to classical ideas • The teacher is the imparter of knowledge • The student is there to learn

  5. Progressivism • Embraces new ideas and concepts • Teacher is a facilitator of knowledge • There is emphasis on the individual student

  6. My Personal Philosophy of Education • To seek truth through searching the past and discovering the future.
