LADIS Concordância entre a Avaliação Clínica e Videofluoroscópica para Disfagia Orofaríngea na Encefalopatia Infantil Disfagia Orofaríngea e Encefalopatia Resultados: Conclusão: Houve boa concordância entre as escalas de classificação clínica do grau de comprometimento da disfagia orofaríngea utilizada neste estudo para a ECINP. Estudos futuros poderão esclarecer se há necessidade de uma escala específica para a ECINP, que inclua o tempo de trânsito oral como um dos parâmetros essenciais para mensurar o grau nesta população, tendo em vista o impacto nutricional característico da ECINP e sua contribuição para a definição de condutas.
