  2. Description DJI’s Phantoms are often called “the iPhones of drones” — and that’s a fair description. They’re one of the most popular drones on the planet, packed with high-end features and functionality, and the latest models are always at the top of their class.

  3. D esign The DJI Phantom 4 Pro is a Quadro copter with a rigid design and tall landing gear. A camera hangs at the centre of the bottom. The propellers can be removed to ease transport, but there is no folding feature on this one. The phantom 4 pro is an update to its predecessor phantom 4 that has a lot more to offer

  4. Perform ance The phantom 4 pro is an update to its predecessor phantom 4 that has a lot more to offer. In comparison to phantom 4, the pro equips a better camera, more advanced 360 degrees, obstacle avoidance, greater battery life and additional intelligent flight modes.

  5. Perform ance Obstacle avoidance sensors are on almost all sides of this drone. Except upward the drone will prevent a crash in all directions. The forward and downward sensors can also help maneuver the craft, to skirt around obstacles and for precision landings.

C am era The DJI phantom 4 Pro has a better camera with the mechanical shutter that will supposedly avoid Jell-O-like shake in the footage caused from rolling shutter effect while shooting quick pans or chasing fast moving subjects. The camera is on a 3-axis gimbal which has a 1-inch CMOS sensor that shoots 20 megapixels still and can capture up to 11.6 stops of dynamic range. In burst mode, pictures can be captured at speed of 14 photos per second.

  7. C am era The camera is capable of recording 4k videos at 60 frames per second. The drone supports micro SD cards up to 128GB that has to be of class 10 or UHS – 1 rating. The Phantom 4 Pro has the best flying features i.e. follow modes and other self- piloting features, but they do not include the Quickshot features you’ll find on the Spark.

  8. R em ote C ontrol The remote control is a part of the magic of this drone. The controller has the control range of 4.3 miles transmitting HD output and intelligently switches between 2.4Ghz or 5.8 GHz choosing the one with the lowest interference at the time of starting the drone

  9. R em ote C ontrol The pilot can tilt the gimbal up and down using a control wheel where the left index finger rests on the remote. With the new battery capacity of 5870mAh, the battery life has got an upgrade too and the drone will give an approximate flight time of 30 Minutes.
