Cyber Clean Network works perfectly in a very constructive way • Sales • Auchan signed, 120 displays • Pearl, signed, 500 products for testing • BUT, Starting, 220 displays • More than 58 contacts have been transmitted by cyberclean.net and 5 of them have bought products (Many thanks to the Joker team and of course Maria and Meinrad) • Logistics • We supplied Rob Car Zip Bags two times to help him start his business earlier • We discussed with him to share stock in the future and in some case jointly order or co-develop packaging in our both languages • Information sharing • We have exchanged information on confidential pricing on Carrefour & Auchan between Holland, Spain and Italy without any restriction • Good contacts are coming from CES through a very attractive stand which makes Cyber Clean really global It is also a benefit of the 3rd International Cyber Clean Sales and Marketing Conference Propriété Next Wave .   3. Key achievements during this period Certification is hopefully coming out in the next following weeks. What went well • We have signed a distribution agreement with Chamoiserie de France, they deliver more than 1200 SM & HM and have more than 1000 screen Monitor on a dedicated place; they cover Household and Car department…. • Proposal from M6 to collaborate • We could not get answer from the owner of Cyberclean.fr, so we decide to switch to Cybercleanfrance.fr and the site will be live next week. • We and our Company moved late November outside Paris close to Rambouillet in the middle of the forest and at 20 km from the largest Parisian freeway hub. The new numbers are now on line with our market situation and objectives are exceeded • Marketing expenses represents 34% of total spending, % upon revenue is not relevant for the time being. • Displays represent more than 24% of the product price for the SFDTFT et 38% for the CTDTFT with 38 cents per products for the first one and 66 cents for the second. • Total margin will be reinvested in 2011 Propriété Next Wave . Our sales strategy is focused on time to market to speed up our penetration and catch up our delay • Work with wholesalers when it is a requirement from a channel (e.g. large Mass retailers). • Work directly as with others networks at central level whenever it is possible. • Use an external sales forces in the Chemistry channel and adopt a long term partnership with all players (distributors, unions,…), introduce Cyber Clean Hypoallergenic. We definitely want to anticipate and be ready for further product developments in this sector. • Invest on marketing and advertising when there is a tangible & measurable ROI. (Exhibitions, Press couponing, Shopping Channels,… No corporate expenses, re-use what is existing until it does not compromise sales) • Focus on number of outlets won • Implement Displays with TFT use Plexiglas display when client approach is clear enough to insure the display will be filled up constantly in a long term period • Keep minimum 0,8 to 1 euro gross margin to finance development and advertising in any deals • Make our best efforts to keep 5€ end user price for Zip bags and 8€ for the Pop-Up Cups as a strategic target to keep sales high Propriété Next Wave .
