3. Special Needs Education and Therapies: • At AWL we believe every person has the right to education irrespective of their physical or mental illness. With little support, these children can shine brightly and contribute to the success of our country with each passing time. AWL is actively engaged in providing easy access to education for these children through an initiative called “Care and Training Centre”. Through this programme, we offer free education for special children suffering from Autism, Cerebral Palsy and Down Syndrome. • It is our responsibility to foster these children with essential skills along with quality care and love. This humble initiative by AWL focuses on identifying the strength of these individuals and providing them with top-class learning facilities so that they learn the essential skills required to be successful and collectively become productive citizens of the country. Through this initiative, we focus on the abilities of such students instead of their shortcomings and encourage them to be more self-reliant.

4. Social responsibility: • As an ethical and socially responsible organization with a heart, AWL stepped up and contributed towards relief efforts during the COVID-19 pandemic. AWL donated ration to the underprivileged families living in slums of Delhi who lost their livelihood. During these challenging and difficult times, we stand committed to our people, our clients, and to the society at large.

As part of Corporate Social responsibility or CSR initiatives, we have ensured to provide unhindered supply of all the essential items across the nation. We have reached out to rural areas, less privileged sections of the society indigenous artisans, and other worst-hit groups and made our contributions in terms of fulfilling their dire needs. • Our teams are always on the ground and our frontline warriors have ensured responsible supply chain partnerships. We ensured medical help and essentials reached the place and people in need without delays.
