  1. Nice Guy • Positive attitude, makes things enjoyable, positive role model, treats others well, leads by example.

  2. Balanced • Keeps all things in balance: ie.. grades and golf, winning and losing, team and individual.

  3. Goal Setter • Doesn’t wish, makes a plan, when plan is accomplished moves on to the next goal.

  4. Enthusiastic • Looks forward to and is excited about the next practice and the next competition. Puts 110% into what ever they are doing, makes it fun.

  5. Coachable • Takes constructive criticism in a positive manner, willing to try new things, willing to make changes

  6. Hard worker • Willing to do what it takes.

  7. Competitor • Always wants to improve, wants to be the best, hates to lose – loves to win.

  8. Responsible • Able to accept personal responsibility without blaming other things. • If not you --- who? If not now --- when?

  9. Initiative • The power or ability to begin or to follow through energetically with a plan or task. Self motivated.

  10. Pride • Be Proud that you are a Ponderosa Golfer
