Regulations • Are there any state and/or federal regulations for drug and alcohol testing? • What is the difference between the two?
Education and Training • What are the state and/or federal drug testing requirements and regulations? • Are the tests accurate, or could someone get fired because of prescription drugs or even poppy seeds? • What if I’m just around other people that use illegal drugs? • Isn’t alcohol a legal drug?
Testing • What testing process is right for me? • What can/do we test for? • What are the reasons for testing?
