  3. Check your Licensing Reports • Click on Provider Search to get next screen Enter your county, then RCMA, find your center

  4. What are the differences? • Penalties are more severe • Keeping track on computer • Consequences are automatic • Stays on record for 2 years

  5. Health & Immunization Violations • Least severe category – we are not in full control of parents staying in compliance Progressive Disciplinary Sanctions: Child Care Facilities, Family Child Care Homes

  6. Class III Violations • Class III Standards are mostly paperwork that doesn’t effect safety for children. Progressive Disciplinary Sanctions: Child Care Facilities, Family Child Care Homes

  7. Class II Violations • Class II Standards are more important to safe, appropriate care. Progressive Disciplinary Sanctions: Child Care Facilities, Family Child Care Homes
