The increase can be attributed largely to integration measures for young refugees. A program like JOBLINGE is a perfect example of this.With its combination of practical elements and the accompanying language courses, it makes integration possible-" Dirk Heyden, Director of the job center Hamburg Ayman came to Germany from Syria in the summer of 2015. He had no family, no recognized certification of schooling, and almost no work experience The job center Hamburg sent him to JOBLINGE Ayman explored his interests and took skills and orientation courses He really enjoyed his training and was able to see a future for himself. JOBLINGE continues to support him Today, Ayman is training as an electrician—a career that his father also loved Language courses, preparation for vocational school, his mentor, and the team gave him new self-confidence
