What is multinational companies? • An organization whose work force not only includes people from diverse racial, religious and gender backgrounds, but is one in which minorities are well integrated across all levels of the company, including management and executive positions.  (Investopedia.com)

  5. The average annual hours &Karoushi The Average annual Hours • 1986-2,097 hours (Japan), 1,828 hours (United States) • 1995- 1,884 hours • 2009 -1,714 hours Karoshi-brought on by high amounts of stress from working 60 hours or more per week
