Regional Focus Group All partners should organise the regional meetings on monthly basis • Members of the RFG: Maribor Development Agency, Chamber of Commerce and Industry Maribor, Chamber of Craft Maribor, Agency for International Marketing • Meetings organised: individual meetings with all partners in RFG have been organised before the 1st SWG meeting, 2 meetings between 1st and 2nd SWG meeting • Proposals of the RFG: subsectors: proposed by MDA, cluster manager profile: to be discussed, leaflet: proposed by MDA
Interviews with clusters (PPs should interview their participating clusters) • Participating clusters: Enegy optimised construction (http://energija-gradnja.mra.si) • Interview: implemented, questionnaire inputs provided by MDA
Interviews with SMEs, cluster members (Interviews on the field are planned to start in January 2011) • Short list of SMEs: prepared after the 1st SWG meeting, first mailings sent to SMEs in December 2010 • Interviews : interviews started in February; to be finished till March 7th; • 42 SMEs and institutions on short list
PR activities for the PEV event • Implemented: information on MDA web page, info in the e-newsletter of Slovene Enterprise Europe Network, direct mailings to SMEs • Planned: regular monthly info in the e-newsletter of Slovene Enterprise Europe, regular update of web information, information available in newsletters of regional partner institutions
