  2. ScheduleCom and ScheduleCom OnDemand • ScheduleCom provides a convenient way to communicate start times, locations and other messages to your workforce. • ScheduleCom does away with the use of recording equipment, can be interfaced to time and attendance systems and provides advanced reporting. • OnDemand provides these same features as a hosted solution to eliminate the required hardware and telephone equipment at your site. ScheduleCom - Voice Scheduling System

  3. ScheduleCom is a schedule publishing system designed for the Construction Materials industry. • ScheduleCom allows users to generate a schedule by combining employees, vehicles, work locations, and start times by scheduling location (plant, pit, central dispatch office, main office, etc). ScheduleCom - Voice Scheduling System

  4. Once the schedule is published, an employee can call into the system and hear their schedule as well as any employee-specific and/or group messages. • Employees only hear schedule information pertaining to them specifically. ScheduleCom - Voice Scheduling System

  5. The system logs which employees accessed the system and received their schedule. • Using the scheduling application is easy and is launched from a web browser. • Can link ScheduleCom into time keeping systems such as Kronos and InfoTech with custom integration. • Can create exception reports comparing employees actual clock-in time (Kronos, InfoTech) to their “published” schedule time (ScheduleCom). • Can be accessed by any remote user with log-in rights, any time, anywhere. 31. Custom Integration with Time & Attendance Systems • Pass Start time for next day from ScheduleCom to Time System when schedule is published or re-published if changed. The Time System would have the scheduled start times and could report on early or late punches. • Hours worked period (probably week) to date are passed from Time System to ScheduleCom periodically (every 15 minutes or so) during the work day. This time is displayed on the scheduling screen and can be used to determine the next days schedule to limit overtime. ScheduleCom - Voice Scheduling System

  32. Custom Integration with Time & Attendance Systems • ScheduleCom should be able to determine when an employee has punched in at the start of a shift and would display that status on the current schedule. This would indicate to dispatch that a driver was punched in but not in service yet. ScheduleCom - Voice Scheduling System

  33. Custom Integration with Time & Attendance Systems • ScheduleCom will pass employee Stop Time to the Time System. This could be a batch transfer during the night or more frequently on a scheduled basis. This time indicates the expected punch out time for a driver. The logic for calculating this time would exist in ScheduleCom. (Typically the time driver was told to end the day plus some additional offset for cleanup and other end of shift activity. This screen must be available even after the next day is published. ScheduleCom - Voice Scheduling System

  34. CMDoptimize Interface • Allows COMMANDseries Driver Call-Out to be transferred directly to ScheduleCom as a temporary schedule. Changes can be made prior to publishing the schedule. • Available with CMDconcrete today. Will be available with Integra soon. • Available with on site version of ScheduleCom now. Will be available with OnDemand version soon. ScheduleCom - Voice Scheduling System

  35. Outage Interface to CMDoptimize • Will soon be passing driver and vehicle outages that were entered in ScheduleCom to CMDseries. • Outage start date, time, reason and end date are entered into ScheduleCom and transferred to CMDconcrete upon request from CMDconcrete. ScheduleCom - Voice Scheduling System

  36. Enhancements being considered • Ignore STOP and START schedule times on Saturdays and Sundays. • Additional configuration for Saturday volunteer feature. • Transfer Saturday volunteers to Driver Call-In • Synchronization of employees and trucks between ScheduleCom and CMDseries • More than one schedule per day. • More than one active schedule at one time. • Outbound alerts.
