  2. Pupil dilation test helps to take better photographs of eyes. It may • also be recommended if someone happen to have rather small • pupils, or cataracts which makes it difficult to get a good view • inside the eye. • Occasionally during the course of your eye examination opticians london may recommend to put drops in your eyes to dilate (enlarge) the pupils. The drops used to dilate your pupils may leave your vision a little blurry for a while afterwards. • This is usually because they need to get a better view of the inside of the eye, particularly the outer parts of the retina.
