  22. Appendix • This Constitution may be amended by 3/4 vote at any GBC meeting with two-thirds of GBC members in attendance. • Each first-year cohort in the GSB shall elect two of its members to serve as Cohort Representatives, who are the key to the success of the GBC. They are responsible for representing their cohorts by providing guidance to the administration on policy matters, aiding in the implementation of GBC action plans, and providing an accurate gauge of student needs and concerns while acting as informational liaisons between the GBC, the administration, and their cohorts. • Cohort Representative elections will be held early in the fall semester. Nominations for Cohort Representative candidates (self nominations included) will be accepted by the Internal Vice President, who will define and execute the election process. • Cohort Representatives will serve a two-year term. Representatives remain eligible and are encouraged to run for Executive Committee and Committee Chair positions, although the successful election to any of these positions will require the resignation from the Cohort Representative position. If a Cohort Representative needs to resign his/her office for any reason after being elected, that Representative should find a replacement (by election, selection or soliciting volunteers) from the same cohort to serve the remainder of the term.
