The X axis represent the number of injections per person and per year. The total bar represents the total number of injections and the red bar represents those injections given with reused equipment.
The graph shows clearly that injection practices vary across different world regions. While injection use is most frequent in Eastern Europe and Central Asia, unsafe injections are most common in the Middle East and South Asia.Slide 6:
