Economic Policy – Cluster Building • An economic cluster initiates and coordinates the cooperation/networking of all participants in a value-added chain: companies, universities, government, customers, etc. • The aim is to bundle the potentials and competences for increasing the innovation power and competiveness of the partners.

Internet-Economy in a rural area Internet-Technologies (infrastructure, applications, platforms etc.) enable • business process reenginiering • modern ebusiness-solutions and • business and government networking to be developped in an economic cluster. Demand for Economic Policy and Technology Policy

  5. Cluster : IT /Organization cluster eGovernment-products marketing infrastructure services broadband knowledgemanagement applications elearning emarketplace platform elogistic network management personal management

  6. Vision eClustering SH Innovation through Cooperation: Business, customers and government in the State of Schleswig-Holstein are networked by an potential, modern and secure infrastructure, so that business and government network management (eClustering) takes place.

Strategy eClustering SH Innovative eclustering-projects in the State of Schleswig Holstein should on the one hand increase the demand for an broadband infrastructure, and on the other hand contribute to the regional development of TIMES (Telecommunication, Information Technology, Multimedia, Entertainment, Security) and therewith to the process of digitalization.

  8. eClustering-projects The eclustering-projects should • …implement the strategy of the economic and technology policy of Schleswig-Holstein • …increase the demand on broadband infrastructure • …support the availability of regional contents/applications • …support the management of processes between the partners in a value-added chain (ebusiness, eprocurement, egovernment etc.) • …support innovation processes • …initiate cooperations und networking
