  2. Contexto clínico Niño de 3 años Sin antecedentes patológicos de interés Dolor de cadera y dificultad en la deambulación Exploración física y analítica anodinas En menos de una semana, rectorragia ECOGRAFÍA ARTICULAR DE CADERA ECOGRAFÍA ABDOMINAL

  3. Pregunta nº1 • ¿Cúal de las siguientes opciones incluiría en el diagnóstico diferencial? • Nefroma quístico multilocular • 2. Angiomiolipomas en paciente con enfermedad de Pringle-Bourneville • 3. Nefroblastomatosis con posibles focos de malignización • 4. Divertículos caliciales
