Our lines of business Our Lines of Business WORKFORCE DEVELOPMENT WORK AND FAMILY SUPPORTS COMMUNITY FINANCE AND SMALL BUSINESS SUPPORTS TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE/CONSULTING, RESEARCH & POLICY Seedco leverages its program experience to bring a practitioner’s perspective on workforce and economic development policy and programs.We are committed to supporting agencies across the country (and internationally) in their efforts to develop, implement, replicate, and assess the impact of their programs.

Seedco supply chain timeline 1995- 1998 1999- 2004 2005- 2011 • New York Community Trust launches Neighborhood Strategies Project • PRWORA becomes law • Seedco works with three CBO partners to launch a community-based employment program • NYC CBO Network Expands to ten organizations to deliver services to TANF recipients • Seedco releases a report on the impact of work supports on job retention • Based on this report and our experience operating large employment programs, we launch EarnBenefits • Seedco begins operating WF1CC in Upper Manhattan • Seedco develops its own CRM system for CBO Network • Seedco secures TANF contracts in Memphis; develops a local CBO Network • NYC CBO Network Expands to 22 organizations • Seedco begins operating Small Business Solutions Centers in NYC and the Bronx WF1CC • Seedco creates consulting and technical assistance department to share promising practices nationally • EarnBenefits expands to Atlanta, Baltimore, Memphis and Louisville • Increasing interest from other countries in our program models and approaches to serving low income communities Since it first launched in 1999, our NYCCommunity Based Partnerships have placed 15,758 individuals into jobs, serving the needs of an estimated 7,000 employers
