  3. T-Shirt Orders • NJ OoTM is providing 1 free state t-shirt per participant (up to 7) • 1 per coach (2 max) • If anybody else wants to purchase a t-shirt, the cost is $15 per shirt • You are able to order 40th Anniversary t-shirt ($15) We need to take time now to take orders :-) *Checks made payable to “Creativity Unlimited in New Jersey”

  4. Health Insurance • In case of emergency (both diagnostic and therapeutic), each team member must have a medical information/release form filled out • 2 copies must be present (1 held by the coaches & 1 by each team member) • This information includes insurance information, emergency contact, etc. Please take time now to fill out this paperwork :-)

  5. Budget • Room and Board • Package 1 - 5/22 through 5/27: $655.00 per person • Package 2 - 5/23 through 5/27: $595.00 per person (most common) • Package 3 - 5/24 through 5/27: $545.00 per person • Transportation Options • Flights (tickets going fast!!) - cost us $1300 round trip for 2 tickets • Des Moines Airport • St. Paul/Minneapolis (4 hour drive away - recommended) • Cedar Rapids • Chicago (4 hours drive) • Drive or Bus (Branchburg shared bus) • 17 hours straight (without stops) Registration/Payment is due April 27th!!!

  6. Fundraising Since registration/payment is due on 4/27, can we brainstorm ideas for fundraising? Ideas have included: • Student hat day • Go Fund Me • Corporate/Small Business Donation • Others?

  7. Permission Slip/Media Release/Rock Wall • Odyssey of the Mind requires each participating members fill out a media release form • The school needs a permission slip filled out as well • The college has a rock wall. If you want, the kids can climb it. There is an attached permission slip for this activity Please take some time to fill this out now :-)

  8. Committees Should we create parent committees to spearhead different aspects of the trip? If so, areas include: • Fundraising • Press Release • Others?

  9. Pins Pin Trading is very popular! Options include: • 2 pc. mosaic- $5 • 6 pc. Boardwalk fun - $15 • 3pc. NJ Region - $8 • Inside Diner - $3 • 40th Anniversary - $3 • 2 pc World Finals - $5 *See Pin Trading Handout

  10. Schedule Practice Tuesday, April 24th Monday, April 30th Tuesday, May 8th ***Week of May 14th will be determined dependent on baseball playoffs*** • Discussion of practice time

  11. Opening Ceremony • Opening Ceremony is at 7:30 on Wednesday, May 23rd • Please do your best to arrive for this fun event! • We need to provide 1 student to represent OTS for the parade • Nominations
