  1. Herpes Simplex Virus Ayurveda is an ancient Indian medicinal system that has been employed for centuries to address a variety of ailments. Its holistic approach aims to balance the body, mind, and spirit, with an emphasis on natural remedies and lifestyle changes to facilitate healing. As interest in the use of Ayurveda for treating Herpes Simplex Virus (HSV), including genital herpes, grows, Bhagwati Ayurved has emerged as a reputable provider of Ayurvedic medicine, offering a diverse range of natural remedies for various health concerns, including genital herpes. Bhagwati Ayurved's holistic approach to treating genital herpes involves reducing inflammation, promoting overall health and wellness, and addressing imbalances in the body's doshas. Definition of genital herpes Genital (genital) herpes is a sexually transmitted disease. It is manifested by blisters in the genital area, in rare cases - with fever, headache, and general malaise. As a rule, genital herpes is caused by herpes simplex virus type 2 (HSV-2) less often - herpes simplex virus type 1 (HSV-1). Although the Herpes Simplex Virus type 1 is called oral (as a rule, it causes rashes around the mouth, nose, and, less often, the eyes), it can also provoke rashes on the genitals. This form of the disease is possible with infection during oral sex. Once in the body, the virus causes inflammation and then goes into a dormant phase and stays with the person forever. A person can be contagious even if the virus is dormant and there are no symptoms of infection. From time to time, the virus reactivates - again causing characteristic inflammation. As a rule, this occurs against the background of a decrease in immunity, stress, or overwork. Symptoms of genital herpes With genital herpes, swelling and redness are observed in the affected area, and the inguinal lymph nodes increase and become painful. Single or multiple painful, itchy vesicles appear. Areas where bubbles appear: •Thighs and Buttocks; •Anus;

  2. •Mouth; •Urethra; •Vulva, Vagina and Cervix in Women; •Penis and Scrotum in Men. Rashes can be not only on the genitals but also on the trunk and even on the face. They appear on that part of the skin or mucous membrane that has been in contact with the virus. If, after contact with a sick person, you rub your face with your hands, the rash can even affect your eyes. Inflammation begins with redness, tingling, or itching. Then grouped bubbles are formed, filled with transparent contents. After a while, they burst or dry out, and a crust forms in their place. Possible symptoms of genital herpes: •Atypical Vaginal Discharge, •Pain during Urination. Primary inflammation - when the body has just met with an infection and learns to respond to it - is distinguished by the most pronounced form of the course, which is often accompanied by flu-like symptoms: •Headache, •Enlargement of the tonsils •Enlarged lymph nodes, spleen, liver, •Temperature increase, •Body pain. When the virus reactivates, many Symptoms of Genital Herpes are mild. Herpes symptoms usually appear 2 to 12 days after infection. In the latent phase, herpes, as a rule, does not manifest itself in any way. Genital herpes recurs more often and has more pronounced symptoms when it reappears than oral. Effective treatment with Ayurvedic methods Ayurvedic methods offer effective treatment for herpes by addressing the various manifestations of the virus. One potent remedy for all types of herpes is sarsaparilla root, which targets multiple viruses. Brahmi, a natural tonic, is another Ayurvedic treatment for herpes that cleanses the urinary reproductive system and reduces the mental agitation associated with this infection. Genital herpes, which results from a disturbance in a pita, may also involve toxins accumulation and depletion, manifested through blood vessel blockages and bile stasis. Emotional tension, anger, and restlessness worsen during stressful times, leading to reddish and painful rashes. Ayurveda recommends treating this type of herpes with a blood-purifying diet that excludes hot spices, alcohol, and sour, salty, and sweet foods. Instead, one should consume vegetables, salads, and juices while avoiding stress. Cooling herbs such as sarsaparilla and gentian can help reduce inflammation. Vata herpes is characterized by dry skin, constipation, loss of strength, sleep disturbance, and painful, hard rashes. Ayurveda advocates cleansing the entire body and using tonic therapy, prohibiting hot spices in the diet. Sarsaparilla, aloe juice, turmeric, sandalwood, barberry, Brahmi, and licorice are some of the recommended tonics. The Kapha-type of herpes produces fluid release from rashes and excessive mucous secretions. The treatment focuses on cleansing the liver and consuming hot spices. Sarsaparilla, in combination with trikatu, as well as herbs such as barberry, aloe, turmeric, and gentian, can effectively treat this type of herpes.

  3. Ayurvedic treatment for herpes aims to provide strength and balance to the entire body. Since the herpes virus remains in the body, Ayurvedic treatment focuses on reducing its outbreaks by supporting agni and promoting a healthy immune system.
