  1. Welcome to Ms. Hale’s fifth grade I am so excited to be have each of you in my class this year. It is going to be a great year.

  4. Class rules: • Always have a good positive attitude and think “I can do this.” • Follow directions and listen carefully. • Be kind to each other. No gossiping or talking about each other. • If you cannot say something nice, don’t say anything. • No bullying!!!!!!!!!!! • Complete all work and do so very neatly. • Stay seated and raise your hand if you need me. • Other rules will be discussed as we go.

  5. Bathroom rules? • We all go as a class to the restrooms. There will be about 5 times throughout the day for us to go. • Stand in line without talking. • Keep line straight so others can walk by. • No talking in the restroom. • No playing in the restroom. • Only 5 at a time may enter the restroom.

  6. Lunch Room Rules: • Enter lunchroom in a quiet straight line. • No breaking in line. • No talking in line. • No talking until you have dumped food tray. • Only talk to the person on your left, right, or straight across from you. • Never lean across someone else’s food to talk to someone. • Clean up your mess. • Line up quietly when told to go out.
