The Basics • Targetsprivate for profit businesses that employs at least 1 & not more than 99 • The program pays tuition & fees up to $1,800 for new employees. • Up To $900 for existing employees, per 12-month period • New employees are those hired up to 12 months prior to application date • Select courses from catalogs for public community or technical colleges, or TEEX

  3. Workforce development Boards TWC also partners with 28 Workforce Development Boards located statewide to further assist businesses with solutions to its workforce needs.

  4. Who is Eligible? • Full-time, permanent employees W-2 • New or incumbent workers • Making the prevailing wage (College will check for you)
