  1. Advantages and disadvantages - Wireless Communication Wireless broadband internet service is growing now days and gaining popularity at home and at office as well. Broadband internet service is a form of high speed internet access. The latest development in broadband internet service is the incorporation of wireless capabilities.

  2. Wireless networking is also known as Wi-Fi which is a way of getting broadband internet without wires. It is a method by which you can avoid the costly process of introducing cables into a building, homes or at your enterprise (business) installations.

  3. Wireless networks include Wireless local networks, satellite communication networks, terrestrial microwave networks and mainly your cell phones. There are numerous types of  wireless network connection Local area network (LAN)  covers a small area, single building or a group of buildings.

  4. Wide area network (WAN) extends over a large geographical distance. A metropolitan area network (MAN) is a network that covers more area than LAN and WAN networks.

Advantages of a Wireless Network The main advantage of a wireless network is that users can move around freely within the area of the network with their laptops or with their phones etc. Users can share data or files with other devices over that network. If u is in a business running a cyber cafe and using a wireless network that is accessible to customers can bring you extra business.  Customers love wireless networks because they are convenient.

  6. Wireless networks can handle a lot amount of users. This is the big and main advantage of using wireless network. Instant transfer of information to social media is made much easier. Disadvantages of a Wireless Network It can cost a huge amount if you want to set a wireless connection. It can be difficult for people who are not experienced with computers for setting a wireless network.
