  2. pantherLink information • Integrated e-mail and calendaring functions eliminating the need to sign in to two systems • Drag and drop functionality, message tagging, multiple calendars • Same system for faculty,staff, and students

  3. pantherLink email functions: • Global Address book for auto-fill (20 max) • Ability to tag messages with colored tags • Request a receipt when opened • Share folders with other pantherLink users

  4. pantherLink calendar functions: • Send appointment requests to all attendees • Create multiple calendars • Change the color of your calendars • Share your calendar with others • User calendar Scheduler Zimlet • Create reoccurring meetings

  5. pantherLink Zimlets: • Zimlet is a small application within pantherLink • Subscription Center • pantherLink Help • UWM White Pages • Calendar Scheduler • Contact Cleaner

  6. pantherLink preferences: • Set Default setting for pantherLink features • Set auto-reply message • Create signatures • Create Filters

  7. pantherList: • pantherList is UW-Milwaukee's new reflector/list service for managing electronic mail discussions and lists. PantherList enables list owners to self-administer spam filtering, archiving, bounce processing, content filtering and digest delivery and also makes it easy for list members and subscribers to manage their accounts.

  8. pantherList types: • Types of lists (names require a “-”) • Announcement • Subscriber • Subscriber only List • Un-Moderated / Open list (most commonly used) • others

  9. pantherFile • pantherFile is the campus-wide Web-based file storage and sharing service with secure 24/7 access available to faculty, staff and students. • Storage Space Faculty/Staff: 1 GB Students: 250 MB • Documentation, Training and Help Online help documentation is available in the PantherFile service. To learn more about the service, a free Short Course is available. View the course schedule and register online at ShortCourses.uwm.edu.

  10. pantherFile • To access PantherFile, go to https://pantherfile.uwm.edu and enter your ePantherID and password. • Ability to share files and folders internally as well as externally by using a ticket system.

  11. pantherFile • Share files and folders externally by having the convenience of been able to protect your files and folders using expiration date and password protection.
