Our bespoke machines and systems are all carefully thought out and planned to deliver and exceed our Customers specific individual requirements, with value and reliability being paramount throughout. Our flexibility allows us to offer a wide variety of construction styles and methods of operation to supplement or enhance existing process equipment. A fruit packing system consisting of belt, modular and zero line pressure conveyors to deliver product and packaging to manual operator stations with outputs to tray sealing and end of line packing areas. A cam driven indexing conveyor fitted with individual anodised aluminium slats, interchangeable inserts and a range of automated stations for build up and testing of pharmaceutical high viscosity dispensing pump assemblies. 1700mm belt width dough feed, cutter and metal detection conveyors with automatic belt tracking, combined reversing action and pneumatic diverter chute for handling rejected product. A fully installed direct feed system manufactured in stainless steel for multi-pack snack products utilising belt, plastic modular, powered roller, bulk hopper, gravity and pneumatic conveyor styles. Recirculating aluminium extruded section slat top conveyor with component carrier pucks, integral pneumatic clamp units and on board electrical control. Disc turns are used to provide a tight belt radius to give a compact footprint. A mesh belt steamer conveyor with sealed hooded enclosure, integrated control system and insulated pipework arrangement manufactured for integration into an existing process line for extruded snack products.
