Some key things we need to do. . . • Refine our process • Are we dipping? spraying? chocolate fountaining? • Make our own coating recipe! • Lets get some volunteers • Sensory • Forms submitted, just need process set so can make product • Targeted date for sensory: April 7th • Shelf life • Freeze thaw studies • Let’s get some volunteers

And then what? • Attend Annual Meeting – June 28th – July 1st • Oral Presentation (75 points) • 10 minute presentation + 10 minute question session • Max of 3 team members present • Poster (50 points) • Product Sampling and Defense (25 points) • 20 minutes • “creative presentation is encouraged” • 5 judges • Judged on “delivery versus promise”
