PERFORMANCE CRITERIA • Meet plan enrollments of 445 youth. Goal: Achieve planned enrollments each quarter for five field offices. • Attain 70% goal attainment rate. Goal: 312 Youth participants will attain two or more goals.

WIA PROGRAM ELIGIBILITY • A waiver request and a waiver plan has been submitted to U.S. Department of Labor. Approval is pending. • Must be 14-24 years of age. • Priority for services are veterans and eligible spouses. • Low Income – Meet income guidelines for 95% category; exception under 5%.
WIA PROGRAM ELIGIBILITY (Cont.) • If applicable, males must register or be registered for Selective Service. • Must document one of the following: • Deficient in basic literacy skills. • A school dropout. • Homeless, runaway, or a foster child. • Pregnant or a parent. • An offender. • An individual who requires additional assistance (upon exhaustion of all other resources) to complete an education program), or to secure and hold employment.
