  1. Uses of Shot Blasting Machine The shot blasting machine performs the use of a mechanical order of propelling abrasive using a centrifugal wheel to depart a layer of the surface and dirt from the surface of element and steel products. There are three basic ideas that require the need to blast before completing the product: It cleans and descales the surfaces increases paint adhesion by adding texture to the surface of metal products Efficiently decreases maintenance costs by extending the life of the coating This machine is used to remove undesired corrosion and metallic loss on the surface of finished goods. This is done for making the surface uniform and to make it blander for a better finish after paint or other applications. The method also works for cleaning rust, the roughness of the surface, and further invention. The shot blasting machine is utilized for cleaning the rough edges of different parts of an automobile or any other molding parts that have sharp exteriors and uneven. Blast Cleaning and Shot peening machines are widely used in different industries such as: Shipyards: •Cleaning and production of forms and sheets surfaces before painting •Portable machines for the preservation of ship hulls Automotive components: •Cleaning of gearboxes, mechanical transmissions, connecting rods, etc. •Shot peening of stabilizing bars, springs, and elastics, gearboxes, pistons, connecting rods, etc for increased fatigue resistance. •Cleaning and arrangement of car and truck tires before painting. •Break shoes and clutches blasting •Cleaning of rectified engine components (blocks, pistons, etc). •Screw mechanical descaling from metric 3 before coating applying Aviation: •Portable shot blasting machine for rubber expulsion and roughness compensation in airport tracks •The shot peening of airplane components increased fatigue resistance. •Airplane painting removal Bicycles and motorbikes: •Cleaning and production of bicycle frames, motorbikes, and tires surface before coating. Rubber:

  2. •Cleaning and preparation of steel part surface before rubber application. Concrete, ceramics, marbles: •Blast for making non-slipping floors. •Artistic blasting. Coachbuilders: •Cleaning and preparation of the track coach's surface before painting. Metallic structures and profiles: •Cleaning and suitability of steel sheets and profiles before painting. Iron foundry: •Remove foils from the framework. •Surface homogenization. •Melting of steel, iron, aluminum, and bronze. •Cleaning and grit replacement of melted parts. •Surface homogenization. Milk, Refrigerating and Nutritional Industries: •Limpieza y preparación de superficies previal metalizad. Moldes: •Cleaning and preparation of exteriors of stainless steel parts for surface homogenization. Cleaning of painting systems (hooks): •Painting removal of part-load hooks of painting systems. Metalworking: •Cleaning and preparation of surfaces before being metalized. Moulds: Cleaning of rubber, glass, aluminum extrusion moulds, etc. Metallic furniture: •Cleaning and preparation of metallic furniture surface before painting. Metallurgical:

  3. •Cleaning and preparation of industrial machines before painting. Petroleum and gas: •Cleaning and preparation of facades of GLP, GNC gas cylinder, and gas and petroleum stationary tanks before coating. •Cleaning and arrangement of gas and petroleum bottles before painting. •Blasting and shot peening of petroleum pump rods. •Blasting of coupling union of pump rods before metalworking. Safety wear when shot blasting: When Blasting Safety Wear is not used then shot blasting has a number of health risks involved from the abrasive media being used and the materials being blasted on the surface. Therefore there is various shot blasting safety equipment available for the operator’s safety while any shot blasting process. Things available to our company for safety can be arranged as follows: •A shot blasting safety wear operator suit- Skin exposure or inhalation of toxins such as zinc, lead, and silica can lead to serious health problems, including silicosis, lung cancer, and breathing problems. •The shot blasting helmet- Respiratory covering head, neck, & shoulders, ear, and eye protection •shot blasting hand gloves- for the protection of hands •Safety shoes or gumboots •Shot blasting air conditioners used in helmets for the operators.
