  1. 台灣栽培白英活性成分之研究 • 台灣栽培茄科(Solanaceae)植物白英solanum lyratum Thunb.之甲醇萃取物,經由各種層析管柱及不同溶媒系統層析後,共分離出十八個化合物,其結構根據物理數據、核磁共振光譜分析後,共分為五大類:五個黃酮類化合物 1 (3,3'',4'',7-tetramethoxymyricetin)、2 (3,3'',7- trimet hoxyquercertin)、3 (3,4''-dimethoxyfkampferol)、4 (3,3'',7-trimethoxymyri cetin)、5 (3-methoxykampferol);四個酚類化合物 6 (Scopoletin)以及7 (Methylcaffeate)、8 (Vanillin)、9 (p-Hydroxybezaldehyde),一個amide類化合物 10 (N-(trans-Feruloyl)tyramine),兩個indole類化合物 11 (indole-3-carboxaldehyde), 12 (indole-3-carboxylic acid) 以及五個固醇類化合物:13, 14 (β-Sitosterol 3-O-β-D-glucopyranoside and β-Stigma sterol 3-O-β-D-glucopyranoside), 15 (Soladulcine B), 16 (Tigogenin 3- O-lycotetraoside), 17 (Tigogenin 3-O-lucotrioside),18(Proto-desgalacto tigonin),以上述化合物針對MCF-7及HepG2試驗其細胞毒性效力,初步發現化合物 15、16 於10 μg/ml濃度下對MCF-7具有明顯毒殺活性,化合物15、17 具對於 HepG2 於低濃度10 μg/ml有相當程度之毒殺活性。本研究首次發現化合物 15 (Soladulcine B) 對於 MCF-7 及 Hep G2 具有明顯毒殺活性。

  2. Studies of the bioactive constitutents of solanum lyratum Thunb. cultivated in Taiwan. • The whole plants of Solanum lyratum Thunb. were extracted with methanol. By means of various column chromatographies, eightteen compounds were isolated and purified. The structure of these compounds were elucidated including five flavonoids: 1 (3,3'',4'',7-tetramethoxymyri cetin), 2 (3,3'',7- trimethoxyquercertin), 3(3,4''-dimethoxyfkampferol), 4 (3,3'',7-trimethoxymyricetin), 5 (3-methoxykampferol); four phenolics: 6 (Scopoletin), 7 (Methylcaffeate), 8 (Vanillin) and 9 (p-Hydroxybezalde hyde); one?namide: 10 (N-(trans-Feruloyl)tyramine);two indoles: 11 (indole-3-carboxaldehyde), 12 (indole-3-carboxylic acid); five steroidal glycosides 13 and 14 (β-Sitosterol 3-O-β-D-glucopyranoside and β-Stig masterol 3-O-β-D- glucopyranoside), 15 (Soladulcine B), 16 (Tigogenin 3-O-lycotetraoside), 17 (Tigogenin 3-O-lucotrioside) and 18 (Proto- desgalactotigonin). In addition, the cytotoxic activity of the isolated constituents against MCF-7 and HepG2 was evaluated. Results show that compound 15 and 16 have cytotoxicity in the concentration 10 μg/ml against MCF-7, compound 15 and 17 have potent cytotoxicity in 10 μg/ml against HepG2. Compound 15 were first evaluated the potent cytotoxicity to the literatures.
