Steps To: A BETTER NIGHTS SLEEP By Aya Ajaj
Step 1: Planning Make a list of what you need to do the next day.
Step 2: Distractions Make sure that you do not watch T.V or listen to music before going to sleep.
Step 3: Relieving Stress Read something inspirational before going to sleep so your mind is not focused on stress.
Step 4: Sleeping Environment Make sure that the room you sleep in is as dark as possible.
Step 5: Make the room as silent as possible.
Step 6: Food Do not eat for at least 3 hours before sleeping.
Step 7: Bedtime Try to go to bed at approximately 10:00pm and wakeup at about 6:00am
Step 8: Drugs Do not take drugs or vitamins/herbs that help you sleep (unless required by your physician)
Step 9: Air Supply Make sure that there is a fresh air supply in the room.
Step 10: Exercise During the day, do 60 minutes of mild exercise.
