  17. Issues • Startup – SRIF funds? • Sustaining – extra resources OR stop doing something else • Overheads – money from projects into augmenting the infrastructure – needs an internal procedure

  18. Security • Virtual organisations are not real – where does buck stop? • “Trust at a distance” • Firewalls challenge diversity and throughput • General move to “default deny”
