Pre-screening & Interviews Recruitment process Each selected potential candidate undergoes a pre-screening during which his skill-set, interest and availability is checked. After pre-screening call, each candidate is invited for an interview (Skype or F2F) where main areas are being checked: • Technical experience • Competences as per definition in job description • Motivation Candidate is invited for an Technical Interview.
Technical Interviews Recruitment process Technical Interview represents sets of questions designed per each sill-set conducted by technical interviewer (experienced Specialist in the given domain); Technical Interview regular skill-set test in: Java/Javascript .Net/C# QA (Manual/Automation) C++ SAP Basis Windows/Unix/Linux NATEK has also developed a testing tool sent to candidates to pre-screen their technical orientation within each domain.
Standard1 Lead Time per each stage Recruitment Process Standard delivery to recommend suitable candidates is 2-4 week, lead time for each stage is described below: NOTES: 1- Standard Lead Time defines moment from announcing specific skill-set (not regular skill-set utilized by our delivery center) to candidate provision 2- working day
