  2. Brett Chepenikis a prominent fitness personality who graduated from Emory University and Goizueta School of Business. He is the founder and creator of the TimedExercise Fitness system. Brett Chepenik was recognized as a 2004 Jacksonville Business Journal “Up and comer”, an achievement given to those in the community who are making an influence and difference in their industry.

  3. He is a fitness personality who has featured in several periodicals and television shows. Before transitioning to this new venture, Mr. Chepenik founded and operated Gracor Fitness, a successful personal training company for nine years in Jacksonville, FL.

  4. In addition to operating T:E fitness center and expanding the Timed Exercise fitness brand, Brett Chepenik is a fitness personality for the Local Fox Action News Morning show. Mr.Chepenik has also appeared on the golf channel for personal training of Laura Diaz, a professional LPGA Golfer, and has trained many professional athletes from the LPGA, SR PGA, NFL and other professional sporting leagues.

  5. Mr. Chepenikis passionate about utilizing fitness to make a positive difference in the lives of people both mentally and physically. During the last 15 years, Brett Chepenik has completed numerous certifications in personal training and performed over 50,000 group and individual personal training sessions. He also serves on the advisory board of Heritage University School of Personal Training in Jacksonville.
