  2. To begin, ask yourself three questions: • Where are your students going? • How are they going to get there? • How will you know when they have arrived? Then set goals to achieve your targets.

  3. Goals • To establish an English speaking environment • To promote process writing • To minimize linguistic errors • To enhance written expression • To inculcate research skills • To promote collaborative learning • To develop analytical and evaluative approach to learning

Techniques of enhancing 21st century skills in students • Provide opportunities to express opinions • Provide exposure to real life situations • Provide exposure to critical thinking situations while in diverse groups • Provide opportunities to work collaboratively • Provide opportunities to develop problem solving skills “Remember innovation comes from unique combination of people and ideas”
