Procurement of Environmental Services • Approximately $50-$60M ‘environmental services’ procured annually. • In-house staff performs only ‘inherently-governmental’ functions (policy, consultations, fiscal mgt, & contract oversight) – All other functions are contracted. • Extensive Environmental Program contracting via NAVFAC SWDIV.
