  5. motives X X X • Haff Note • always seemed to play “second fiddle” to Ano. • was jealous • Golda (Ano’s wife) • having an affair with Lyan D. Vios. • She was sole • beneficiary in Simon P. • Ano’s will. • Lyan D. Vios • wanted to keep Golda and her money to himself.

  8. conclusion • Nobody killed Mr. Ano. • He was simply a victim of negligence, as Ms. Bimbeaux did not have the skills to do the job to which she was assigned.
