  2. Bryan Talbott, a certified property manager and licensed real estate manager, has 25 years of experience in the industry and has served many leading organizations throughout his career. He is a recognized expert in YARDI – property management software, and has excellent leadership, interpersonal and communication skills. Presently, he is working as Senior Property

  3. Manager/ Vice President of Operations at Private Properties where he directs and manages 50 employees, and offers mentorship to managers as well as administrative workforce. For his outstanding services at Private Properties, he was acknowledged as Realtor of the Year 2009 by a local newspaper.

Bryan Talbott has also worked as Vice President/Senior Property Manager with Federal City Sales Leasing and Management where he was given the responsibility of directing all activities such as administration of grants, and maintenance, leasing and management of properties. He also provided guidance to sub managers, administrative staff and assistant property managers, and

Besides, Bryan Talbott is also a great humanitarian and contributes to Cancer and HIV/AIDS research. In leisure time, he enjoys landscaping, riding motorbike and reading.
