Main Achievements During 2011 the Ipsos Training Center (ITC) reached the following main achievements: • A new server has been put in place and a new Campus for employees and clients is up and running and constantly being updated with improvements for an easier and more efficient use of it. • The ITC Webpage has been constantly updated reflecting the latest changes and additions to the new curriculum and we created new brochures targeted to employees and clients. • A new edition of ASI Newcomers Certification program and the CPG School in all regions were completed. • New courses, both on Research and Leadership & Managerial Skills were added to the ITC offer. • We hosted 123 webinars for all the WSBLs and our first webinar for the HR community (Strengthening Bonds within HR) was delivered. • Marketing training courses were updated showing a consistent design. • World of learning with Ipsos, a new campaign for clients, has started being promoted through our Account Managers and Directors within our clients. • Some Managerial courses were also made available to clients.

  4. Employees’ e-Campus usage The e-Campus is currently being used in 63 countries out of the 67 in which Ipsos operates. Four countries are not currently using the Campus: -Albania -Ecuador -Iraq -Montenegro

Next Year’s Challenges • Welcome all former Synovate employees to our e-learning platform • Update the contents of our products’ training courses to match the new Ipsos’ offer • Host webinars for the different WSBLs to shorten the transition process and help all employees get familiar with new products and methodologies and to know who is who in this Better Ipsos • Add new functionalities to our platform • Reinforce the communication with Employees and Clients • Develop and implement a Leadership program • Enhance the Management curriculum • Strengthen bonds within the L&D community at Ipsos (creating an L&D strong network)
