Analysis – Once a property has been identified and chosen, a detailed analysis will outline specific features and recent sales of comparable properties. Third Parties – We coordinate any additional services requested including building and pest inspections, strata reports and valuations. • Acquisition Negotiation – We maintain all the dialogue with the Vendor’s Sales Agent, beginning with the initial enquiries and inspections until exchange of contracts is affected. We also manage all aspects of the negotiations on our client’s behalf.
