Peoplism: An economic state where individuals own and control the most important factor of production: their human ability
Peoplism: Imagination is the means of production owned by the workers not the business owner (capitalist) hired by the business owner in a wage-effort exchange Balance of power has shifted to the worker
Disorganisation: A future arrangement of the workforce People want to enjoy the benefits of large organisations While retaining the advantages of small ones
Rather than in their formal leadership structure or their legal constitution, future templates for organisations will emerge from the cumulative interactions of their workers with the formal elements of their structure and operation. The logic of disorganisation could create new combinations of flexibility and reliability, of human scale contact combined with widespread reach and accessibility. Miller and Skidmore
