All customers/end users in the building are accessible. Off-Net Customer Building Fiber Ring Equipment/ Electronics Node/Hub Building Active/On-Net Customer Building

Legend Customer/ End User Lit Building Active/On-Net (limited access)- An Active/On-Net (limited access) building is a physical address (i.e.the full spectrum of buildings from smallest to largest, including cell sites), which has some connectivity into the building and some electronics installed (lit building). Access to customers/end users in the building may be limited due to varying factors. Off-Net Customer Building Fiber Ring Equipment/ Electronics Node/Hub Building Active/On-Net Customer Building

Legend Customer/ End User Lit Building In-Active/On-Net- An in-active/on-net building is a physical address (i.e.the full spectrum of buildings from smallest to largest, including cell sites), which has connectivity into the building and no electronics installed. Off-Net Customer Building Fiber Ring Node/Hub Building In-Active/On-Net Customer Building

Off-Net/Near-Net building is a physical address (i.e.the full spectrum of buildings from smallest to largest, including cell sites), which has connectivity that can be extended to the building without the need for public Right of Way permitting.
