(banners blindness) • How is digital administration different? • Ethical issues surrounding data storage (informed consent? what can we store?) • Resources: • Websites need to be kept up-to-date • Communities need to be moderated

  4. Implications for the future: problems • New Issues: • We know the exposure of our mass medial intervention • How much control should the user get? (tunneling vs freedom) • Should DI’s be like what people are used to? • is that interaction with humans . . . • or interaction with computers/websites? • Users want to give us certain information (“I broke my leg”)

  5. Implications for the future: possibilities • Web 2.0: • Integrating with community sites? • Letting users build their own intervention? • Ajax • Internet-delivered intervention becoming more like applications • Data pooling and meta-analyses • Learning what works and when!
