  3. Art. 19Role of worker’s organisations • Describes the formulation of conventions & recommendations of ILS & the role of workers’ org. being to make comments through active participation & be consulted by member state.

  5. Experiences of TUs • Each TU federation has its own way of relating to ILO activities , example: • Head of Inter. department (Ghana) • Housed in GS office (South Africa; Kenya…) • Housed in president office (Somalia…)
