Intranet and Web site Mission • Contribute to NAPC research activity • Communicate the center work and output internally and externally • Inform NAPC visitors about past, current and future activities • Provide regular updates to intranet and web site including all relevant publications and SAD • Promote strong public image for the center and attracting partnership

  3. Performed Activities • Maintaining and Managing NAPC intranet and website • Translating the Arabic pages to English • Making necessary technical adjustment on the Arabic pages to fit on the internet • Launching the Arabic site last June • Mail accounts for NAPC staff • Web design Courses

  4. Future Activities • Acquire more practical skills on Web Management (web programming, Graphic,…) • Improve web management technology • Track Agricultural policy news world wide • Track user needs by launching feed back forms for that purpose • Continue on web design courses

  5. Constraints • Lack of experience in some aspects of web management • Work load (intranet, internet, English, Arabic) • Internet connection failures • Technical problems related to files publishing • NAPC web editors
