  2. What Term Applies to All Three? Wraparound Youth with multiple needs across home, school, community. Youth at-risk for change of placement (youth not responding to current systems/practices). The adults in youth’s life are not effectively engaged in comprehensive planning (i.e. adults not getting along very well).
