Introducing the Cameron Veterinary Services small animal clinic After discovering his passion for large animal work while working throughout country QLD, Dr Lachie Cameron – and his now-wife Jordan - decided to start a mobile veterinary clinic focusing on equine and production-based services upon their return home to South Australia. Since establishing Cameron Veterinary Services in early 2020, Dr Lachie and his team have become well-known for providing individualised, high-quality veterinary care to large animals across the Adelaide Hills and greater Adelaide region. In mid-2022, Cameron Veterinary Services expanded its services to dogs and cats in the local area, with the opening of a purpose-built veterinary clinic in the Springwood Place shopping precinct in East Gawler.

We offer a full range of mobile high-quality equine veterinary services for your pleasure or performance horse, including health checks, dentistry, surgery and more We provide a full range of vet services for production and hobby farm animals across the Adelaide Hills region, including goats, alpacas, sheep and cows.

4. Small Animal Services We care for Small Animals like a family We want to get to know your pet – and you, as their owner – as this allows us to provide the best quality, individualised care. This is why all of our standard consults are 30 minutes long (twice as long as many other vet clinic appointments), and we also try wherever possible to ensure your pet sees the same vet each time they visit. Our clinic is also equipped with the latest diagnostic technologies, pharmacy, and in-house laboratory. This allows us to conduct a variety of tests in our clinic and provide an accurate diagnosis and treatment plan without delay.

Equine Services We care for Small Animals like a family We offer a full range of high-quality Equine Vet Adelaide Hills for your pleasure or performance horse, including dentistry, health checks, surgery, reproduction services and more. Our highly experienced vets do regular runs across the Adelaide Hills and greater Adelaide region with our fully mobile and portable systems. This includes a portable crush for performing routine equine dental and reproduction services at your own property.

6. Farm Services We care for Small Animals like a family We also provide our personalised veterinary services for production and hobby farm animals. Our production services include pregnancy testing, calving assistance, herd health disease investigations and individual animal health assessments. Our full range of veterinary care services also extends to hobby farm vets, including goats, alpacas, sheep, and pet cows. This includes health checks, disease diagnostics and surgical services such as castrations and de-horning/dis-budding.
