  1. Fulfill your Fitness Goal with Home Gym Equipments Following a healthy lifestyle is always in your wish list. However, starting a workout routine can be a daunting experience for you. Also, due to the hectic schedule, it is impossible for you to manage time to join gym. Therefore, you can have the exercise equipments even in your personal space in order to follow your fitness goals. But before starting the workout sessions, you should have the information regarding the equipments. Some of the home gym equipment is specified below:  Barbell: Standard barbells are one inch thick and usually 5-6 feet long. So, these are ideal to be used at home and it is easily available in the department stores. Apart from that, there are another version of barbells that are between 4-6 feet long and used for exercise like barbell curls, shoulder presses, etc.  Dumbbells: Dumbbell is a short barbell and it is usually 10-15 inches long. The exercises are performed with it in each hand. There are also adjustable dumbbells available that have small collar that clip on the ends of the dumbbells in order to hold the weight plates.  Bench: It is the most common piece of equipment. There are three types of benches, they are- flat, incline and decline. Some the benches are adjustable and also have racks on one end for holding the barbell. Some of the benches do not have racks and these are used for dumbbell exercises. Apart from that, when you are setting gym into your personal space, you should consider on the commercial gym design ideas. You should particularly focus on the flooring, as it is an important aspect. Proper flooring will help the machines to last longer and also reduce the sound level of the equipments during the time of exercise.
