A common area of the facility includes a courtyard with grill, tennis court and indoor swimming pool. • Since every client has their own kitchen they prepare their own meals on a daily basis, and get their own food during weekly grocery runs.

5. Treatment Protocol and Team • After the initial assessment, those who are not at risk of medical emergency can begin the ambulatory detox program. Those who are not candidates for the outpatient detox are referred to another agency for stabilization. • Following the detox step, clients can begin with PHP, which is highly structured and intensive. This program runs five days a week for about six hours a day and includes group and individual therapy in addition to psychoeducation and AA or NA meetings. Topics in group and individual sessions are relapse prevention, spirituality and co-occurring disorder focus.

6. Treatment Protocol and Team • The step-down is the IOP, a slightly less intensive option that includes a majority of what the PHP entails with less hours. In both cases these programs last about six weeks to 12 weeks depending on how each client is progressing. • Treatment methods are CBT and DBT in addition to holistic modalities.
