  6. When printing results for the physicians, where are they filed? • REALLY-no results are printed • EMR is the ONE source of information

  7. Do you print a chart upon discharge? • No charts printed upon discharge • Charts only printed when requested by patient, insurance companies, etc. • HIM-How it has changed.
